Legal review
Acceptable Use
Current acceptable-use placeholder for FactionOS website materials and future product surfaces.
Pre-review placeholder - replace before launch approval.
Pre-review summary
These themes are not final policy text.
This route gives the acceptable-use policy a stable URL while final owner/legal-approved text is prepared.
Draft themes
Use boundaries should be explicit.
No unauthorized access
Do not use FactionOS materials, demos, docs, or future product surfaces to access systems, data, accounts, or workspaces without authorization.
No harmful automation
Do not use product workflows to create malware, evade controls, exfiltrate data, abuse third-party services, or hide unsafe execution paths.
Respect sensitive development data
Prompts, code, local paths, terminal output, credentials, replay state, and exports should be treated as sensitive unless a clear reviewed boundary says otherwise.
Represent product materials accurately
Do not present demos, docs, roadmap themes, or setup examples as certification, legal approval, production validation, or hosted service availability.
Enforcement model
Final policy needs a defined product surface.
Any future hosted enforcement model needs scoped implementation, threat modeling, authorization, abuse handling, tests, documentation, and owner/legal approval.
Reviewer notes
Before launch approval, define the real surface.
- Confirm whether this policy applies only to website materials or also future product services.
- Confirm abuse reporting, enforcement, appeal, jurisdiction, and update language.
- Confirm how local-first product behavior, demos, docs, and future hosted options are separated.
